To change the average crew size used for this project in the MacNail construction scheduling software: 1.
Choose *Crew Size from the Formula menu. You will see the number of skilled and unskilled workers
in the "average" crew,
and the number of hours they will work in a week. You can also change the crew size for any individual item (see page 47). |
