Work Included

This portion of the MacNail construction estimating software controls the construction areas that are included in the estimate.

Set any value in the section to TRUE to include its category in the total bid price. Set it to FALSE to exclude that category (see also page 179).

* If you are acting as a general contractor, set all values in this section to TRUE.
* If you are contracting for only parts of the job, type TRUE into those parts you will include in your price, and FALSE in those parts you will not include.
* Type in TRUE for appliances if you both provide and install any kitchen or laundry appliances. Type in FALSE if you install them, but do not provide them, as a part of the contract.
