Technical Support

Turtle Creek Software provides technical support to all registered users of the MacNail construction estimating software. There is no charge for this service (except for the toll call). We are happy to answer general Macintosh and Excel questions, as well as those relating directly to the MacNail construction estimator software.
* If you purchased your software directly from us, you are already registered.
* If you purchased it through a dealer, please fill out and return the registration form that accompanies this package.

Our official business hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Our friendly and knowledgeable support staff will be happy to assist you --call (607) 589-6858 or 589-4471.

We are sometimes available evenings and Saturdays. When making evening or Saturday calls use (607) 589-4471 to avoid reaching an answering machine. If you do not reach us after hours, try again, since we do not return calls on technical support messages received during non-business hours. And please, no calls on Sunday--Sunday is our day of rest.

For best results when calling for assistance, be right at your computer with MacNail already open!

For complex questions, you can also write to us. Please include:
* A disk that contains an example of the problem you have been having, or what you have already started (if customizing).
* An explanatory letter detailing your problems or what you are trying to accomplish.
