Method 4-- Using Several Price Masters

If you do extremely different types of work in your business (for example, both plumbing and general contracting), you may find that one Price Master is not sufficient for your needs. To use multiple Price Masters, choose Customizing Options from the Options menu, and turn off Just one Price Master.

To make additional Price Masters, choose New Customizing File from the File menu, then click on Price Master.
You'll use each of the Price Masters exactly the same as a single Price Master, but you'll always be asked to choose which one to use whenever moving prices, or doing other actions involving the Price Master.
