Entering Estimator Line Items

There are several ways to get new unit price line items into Specifications. You can:

* Type in an item directly.
* Copy and paste one or more items from another estimating file.
* Use the Move Prices command to move in large numbers of items from another estimating file or a Price Master.
In each case, the new Specifications line items will be available immediately for use in new estimates.

The next few pages will explain how to use the MacNail construction management software to add new specifications in each of these three ways.
