Folder Setup

The MacNail Customizing software manages your files for you. In order for it to work properly, it needs a specific folder layout.

We recommend that you put all your MacNail files into a folder named MacNail (or something similar). It should look something like this illustration.

The actual location of files and folders on the screen is not critical-- you just need to have folders and files with those names available immediately inside the MacNail folder.

NOTE: You won't need the folders for any MacNail modules that you are not actually using. You may also have more folders than are shown in this screen shot if you are using additional modules of the MacNail construction management software.
