Technical Support

Turtle Creek Software provides technical support to all registered users of the MacNail construction accounting software. There is no charge for this service (except for the toll call). We are happy to answer general Macintosh, Windows and Excel questions, as well as those relating directly to MacNail accounting.

* If you purchased your software directly from us, you are already registered.
* If you purchased it through a dealer, please fill out and return the registration form that accompanies this package.

Our official business hours are 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Our friendly and knowledgeable support staff will be happy to assist you--call (607) 272-1008.

For best results when calling for assistance, be right at your computer with the manual and the MacNail construction accounting software already open!

For complex questions, you can also write to us. Please include:
* A disk that contains an example of the problem you have been having, or what you have already started (if customizing).
* An explanatory letter detailing your problems or what you are trying to accomplish.
