Adding Rows |
|||||
Working with Accounting Files The MacNail Accounting worksheets are very similar. Each of them uses one row for each transaction or job cost item. You will type into any cells that are bordered (with lines around them). Unbordered cells are filled in by the MacNail construction accounting software, and will not usually need to be typed into. Adding New Rows You should fill in the blank lines in MacNail Accounting worksheets until you have filled in the very last line, just above the row labelled 'end'. To make room for more entries, choose *Add Rows from the EDIT menu. You control the number of rows that MacNail adds each time
by choosing *MacNail Options from the OPTIONS menu. You can set it to any number between
1 and 100. |
