Job Costing

MacNail Cost Control allows you to track detailed construction costs for each project. This information is helpful when you want to use the MacNail construction accounting software to assess job progress. It also makes very useful feedback for future estimates.

To transfer to MacNail Cost Control from MacNail Accounting, choose *Job Costing from the MacNAIL menu. It removes the Accounting commands from the menu, and replaces them with Cost Control commands.

You can also start off directly in MacNail Cost Control--choose Job Costs after you start the MacNail Manager, or double-click on the Cost Control Manager.
