Labor Costs

We figure about 1 1/2 skilled hours to cover installation of the flashing materials.

NOTE-- This labor cost is based on the mason previously placing step flashings into the mortar when installing the chimney. If you need to cut into an existing chimney, add a couple of hours.

Material Costs

8 square feet of copper flashing, plus 1/2 box of step flashings.
