We figure that a crew of one skilled worker and one unskilled worker can apply coating on about 10 squares per hour.

NOTE-- This price is based on a flat roof or slopes low enough for easy access. It does not include any time for setup of scaffolding or fall barriers.

250 square feet coverage per 5 gallon pail of aluminum roof coating.
