A general "rule of thumb" price for residential and light commercial projects, based on timing of several earth moving projects done by Turtle Creek Construction (pond creation, site grading, foundation holes). It probably is most accurate for projects of 1,000 to 5,000 square feet. Larger projects will probably use larger equipment with an increase of productivity.
