W2 Form-- Extra Decimals

PROBLEM

In some rare cases, printing W2 forms adds extra decimals, to the printed amounts for some wages. This happens only when the dollar sign is not displayed.

Caught By

User bug report.

Workaround

Show dollar signs, or remove the extra decimals with white-out.

Solution

This problem is fixed in Goldenseal payroll software, versions 4.5 and later.
