In Goldenseal accounting software version 4.5, we have improved the Clean Up command for Sales transactions. It now checks to make sure that the amount deposited is correct. It resets the status and reports any errors if it is not.

How to Use

If something seems wrong in any accounting transaction, follow these steps:

1. View the record in question.
2. Choose Security from the View menu, and choose Clean Up Record from the submenu.
3. Goldenseal will check the record, report any problems, and fix them.
