In version 4.5 of Goldenseal accounting software, we've made a slight improvement to the Find command. Fields with a transparent background (e.g. the record number at the upper right corner) get a white background while in find mode. That makes it easier to realize you can search for matches in that field.

How to Use

The Find command works for any type of record in Goldenseal accounting software. It lets you search for matching records, for data in any field. To use it, follow these steps:

1. Open the window for the type of record you'd like to find.
2. Choose Find from the Edit menu.
3. Type in the type of record you'd like to find.
4. Click the Find button.
5. Goldenseal will find all records that matched the criteria you entered.
