How to Use

To deduct retainage from your allowance and change order billing, follow these steps:

1. Set up one or more Project Payment Terms that have retainage.
2. When you enter allowances or change orders, use one of the terms that includes retainage.
3. Goldenseal will automatically deduct retainage when you use the Billing command to create bills.
