Contract Text in Bids & Allowances

Starting with Goldenseal project management software version 4.1, the standard layouts for Bids and Allowances include a Contract Text field.

How to Use

Just type in a description of the work to be done in a Bid or Allowance.

When you create a Contract using an Estimate that includes that item, the contract text will automatically be included in the Scope of Work.

Technical Details

Programmer note-- no code changed, since the Contract Text field was already an optional field, and supported in the code base. We just added it to the stock layout resources.
