Adding Reconcile Periods

Starting with Goldenseal accounting software version 4.0, you can click the Add Periods button to add a year's worth of Reconcile Periods, automatically.

How to Use

To add a year's worth of Reconcile Periods, follow these steps:

1. Choose Other Lists from the Options menu, and choose Reconcile Periods from the submenu.
2. Click the Add Periods button.
3. Goldenseal will ask if you'd like to add a year's worth of periods. Click OK.
4. Goldenseal will automatically create a series of reconcile periods for the year.

Technical Details

To make this feature work, we've added one more button to the basic list editor window. Right now Reconcile Periods are the only place where it is used (and visible), but there may be other places where we can use it in the future. Suggestions appreciated!
