SolutionStarting with version 3.9 of the Goldenseal payroll software, the Worker's Comp rate and Tax rate in a Category System can have up to four decimal places. That applies to both dollar rates (as in Washington State) or percentage rates (as in California and several other states). Technical DetailsMoney or percentage values in pretty much any part of Goldenseal can have four decimals. We restrict them to two decimals in places where fractional pennies are rare, but we can usually reprogram any values to have the extra digits. Just let us know, if you want to use fractional pennies in some other part of the Goldenseal accounting software! |
