Cancel Printing

PROBLEM

Hitting the Stop button to cancel printing of a large number of records didn't work.

Workaround

Turn off or disconnect the printer.

Solution

Starting with Goldenseal 3.9, hitting the Stop button actually stops printing, when you are in the middle of printing a large number of records from our small business accounting software.

Technical Details

If printing more than five records, Goldenseal shows a printer progress dialog. You can now hit the Stop button to halt printing, if you accidentally try to print more records than you want.
