Delivery Charges

PROBLEM

When using a Delivery Method that has different charges for different sales totals, the Delivery Charge amount updates fine, but it sometimes calculates the total sale price incorrectly.

Caught By

Turtle Creek Software staff, while entering sales for our new "sister business" selling Swiss Army knives.

Workaround

Enter the Delivery Method again, and it will update the price properly.

Solution

Version 3.9 of the Goldenseal accounting software updates the price correctly.
