Prospects with Need Action Status

PROBLEM

Prospects with "Needs Action" status were not appearing in some popup menus that list current Prospects.

Caught By

User bug report.

Workaround

You can temporarily change their status to Entered, and use the Flag box to mark them for further action.

Solution

Starting with version 3.9 of our small business software, you can freely use the Needs Action status, and still have those Prospects show up in menus.

Technical Details

We had some generic status-testing code that treated Needs Action status as an incomplete record. That logic didn't make sense for Prospects, so we put in a special case for them.
