Material Only Billing

PROBLEM

Starting with Goldenseal 3.9, turning on the Include Material Only checkbox in Project Payments Terms will mean that all non-material expenses will be excluded from the T&M billing.

How to Use

Open Project Payment Terms, and turn on the Include Materials Only checkbox.

Then assign that set of terms to a T&M project.

Technical Details

In previous versions of our project billing software, the Material Only option in T&M billing was still including all expenses-- it just removed the markup from non-material expenses.

That didn't seem very useful, since you can accomplish the same thing by entering different markup percentages for each type of expense.
