Records Saved Before Printing

Using the Print Forms command to print a newly created record could give an error message.

Save the record first, then print.

Solution

Goldenseal 3.8 automatically saves a record before printing it.

Technical Details

Goldenseal automatically saves a record whenever you close a window, move to a different record, hit the Enter key, or choose Save Record from the Edit menu.

Printing a record sometimes gets data from fields that expect to have a record that is already saved, so we now save the record automatically before printing a form, also.
