Itemized Time & Materials Report

Goldenseal 3.8 adds a new Itemized T&M report that lists all costs for one Time & Materials billing, broken down by category.

How to Use

To view this report, first use the Bank--Billing command to create a T&M Billing Record for the project.

Then follow these steps:

1. Choose Projects from the Reports menu, and choose Itemized T&M from the submenu.
2. Fill the Billing Record into the Billing Record field at the top.
3. Click the Update button.

You can view this report in either condensed view (categories only), or in full view (showing all line items). To change the display, follow these steps:

1. Click the More Details checkbox.
2. Turn the Condensed checkbox on to see a list of categories only. Turn it off to see all line items.
3. Click the Update button.

Technical Details

This may be a useful report to print and give to your customer, if they'd like to see a breakdown of costs by category.

It also may be helpful for filling out AIA billing forms for your time & materials projects.
