Project Start & End Dates

Starting with Goldenseal 3.7, Project accounts include fields that show their start and end date.

If the Project is based on an Estimate, the Estimate will automatically fill in the estimated starting and completion dates, whenever there is a change to its schedule.

How to Use

To view the project start date and finish date, click the More Info button in the Project account window.

Technical Details

We added start and end date fields to Projects a few versions ago, but just now added the code that fills values into them from the Estimate. We also added the fields to the More Info layout.
