Project Log Report

PROBLEM

The Project Log report (Under Reports--Projects) has an incorrect clairvoyant field at the top, so you can't see a list of project log records.

Turtle Creek testing in Goldenseal project management software.

Workaround

Follow these steps to fix the problem on your own:

1. Choose Custom Layouts from the Options menu, and choose Reports from the submenu.
2. Enter Projects into the Area popup at upper left.
3. Enter Project Logs into the Report popup.
4. Choose Report Display from the Options menu.
5. Turn off the One-Record Report checkbox.
6. Click OK.
7. Choose Save from the File menu.

Solution

This problem is fixed in the Goldenseal version 3.5 update.

Technical Details

The One-Record Report option shows the clairvoyant field at the top, so you can easily find records for just one project. However that report doesn't have the correct table to go along with it, so it's better to turn the option off.
