Change Order Contract Specs

PROBLEM

Making a contract for a change order picks up "scope of work" specifications from the main project, not the change order.

Solution

Fixed in version 3.5

Technical Details

A change last summer accidentally zapped the ability to get a separate scope of work for allowances and change orders.
