The Verify File command checks every record in your company file, and reports any problem.

Starting with version 3.2 it gives a more useful progress bar so it's easier to see how long it will take to run.

How to Use

Use the Verify File command as a routine test of your file's integrity, or if you suspect problems.

HINT-- If Goldenseal reports damaged files, you can probably fix them with the Clean Up Records command.
