Goldenseal now automatically fills in job costing info when you use the Pay Bills command to make payments for payroll taxes and employee withholding.

How to Use

To automatically job cost your tax payments, follow these steps:

1. Choose Preferences from the Options menu, and choose Expenses from the submenu.
2. Enter an Overhead account into the Tax Overhead Account clairvoyant field.
3. Click OK.

When you make tax payments, Goldenseal will automatically fill the listed account into the Job field for the tax payments.

HINT-- If you don't fill in an account, Goldenseal will fill in the first overhead account.
