Deleting Bad Checks

PROBLEM

The user deletes a damaged checking record, but the account still remembers it and gives error messages when viewing or using checking transactions.

Caught By

Turtle Creek testing and a user bug report.

Workaround

Ignore the messages. You can still use other checking transactions just like you normally would.

Solution

Goldenseal 2.3 now tidies up the account's list of bank transactions when you delete a bad record. It also tidies up the list when you use the Clean Up Record command, or when you use the Reconcile command.
