Convert To Customer

Feature

The Convert to Customer command now copies a few more data fields from the Prospect record to the Customer account-- including the Full Name, Cell Phone and Comments.

How to Use

Click the Convert to Customer button when you have a Prospect record and they start to do business with you.

It creates a customer account, and fills in info from the Prospect record so you don't need to reenter it.
