Job Cost Posting

PROBLEM

User was not seeing items in the Project job costing reports. Costs had Job Cost Only status. The project did not have them in its list of job cost transactions.

Reported by one user.

Workaround

In version 3.14, we have changed the posting for job cost changes, so it will add the items to the project's job cost list if they are not already there.

The Clean Up Record command will also fix this problem.

Solution

We still haven't figured out why the items were not added to the list of job cost transactions (or why they may have been deleted). We'll be doing further research on this problem and will have a more permanent fix in a future update.
