Financial Reports Lose Pennies

PROBLEM

The Balance Sheet and Income Statement reports only show whole dollars.

Caught By

Several users.

Workaround

Open the report in Custom Layouts, change the number format and then save the layout.

Solution

Version 3.1 will show pennies in those financial reports, even if you don't do the above.

Technical Details

When we added custom number formats to reports earlier this year, we didn't set the penny display correctly for reports created before the format change.
