CHANGE
In version 3.1 we have reclassified a few of the demolition unit costs in the Goldenseal construction
estimating software.
- Brick Wall Removal-- now in Structural Demolition, not Other Demolition.
- Stone Wall Removal-- now in Structural Demolition, not Other Demolition.
- Wood Shingle Removal-- now in Surfaces Demolition, not Other Demolition.
Technical Details
They have been in Other Demolition ever since our first MacNail estimator in 1986, but we're doing
a gradual tidying of the unit costs and it seemed time to move them to a more logical subcategory.
