PROBLEM

Wrong component in a few Assemblies-- Architectural Drawings, Engineering Drawings, Lawyer, Consultant Time.

WORKAROUND

Change the components to use Subcontractor cost area, and Professional wage rate. To do so:

1. Choose Assemblies from the Costs menu.
2. Browse to Engineering Drawings (it's the 16th item in the Construction Starter File)
3. Click in the first component line, and enter Subcontractor into the Cost Area cell.
4. Click in the Category cell and erase the category.
5. Click in the Cost Item cell and enter Professional Wage.
6. Repeat steps 1 to 5 for the next 3 assemblies (architectural drawings, consultant time, lawyer).

NOTE-- The 3.01 update will not fix this problem automatically, since it is in the cost data rather than the program.

We are gradually putting more info about each unit cost on the website. While we do it, we can also double check each unit cost item and catch minor problems like this one.
