What changes are we planning for Manufacturing support?

We are working on a Manufacturing Batch transaction which will reduce the quantity of raw materials (Cost Items) and create finished goods (Assemblies). It will handle production runs, manufacturing batches and other productive activities.

Goldenseal will be able to fill in the expected consumption of raw materials, since it knows the components from the Assembly record. We'll include a way to adjust the record to include actual consumption, since waste factors will vary for each manufacturing batch.
