Can I use the Save A Copy command to write to a CD?

Sorry, no. A CD is a "write once" medium, so you'll need to use a CD-burning program like Easy CD Creator (Windows) or Toast (Macintosh) to write data to a CD.

Save backup copies to your hard drive, then you can burn them onto a CD later.
