Password Setup

How many passwords should I create?

It's usually best to create a different Password for each employee.

That way you can set the exact access that each employee has to your company records.

You'll also be able to change their access easily, without affecting the access for other employees.

HINT-- You'll probably need to stress to employees how important it is to not share their password with others. The best software security in the world won't help much if a key employee has their password on a post-it note attached to their monitor.
