Wrong Billing Date

Wrong billing date for some payment terms!

Dang. In Goldenseal 2.93 and earlier, you'll sometimes get billing dates that are a month too late when you use the Pay Bills command.

This does not affect the actual paying of bills, but it might be confusing.

It's fixed in Goldenseal 2.94 and later.
