Duplicating Estimates

When I duplicate an estimate with category breakdowns, it gives error messages!

This is a known bug in Goldenseal 2.7. When you duplicate an estimate that has a category breakdown, it automatically is changed to an item breakdown and gives error messages. It's caused by a new "starting breakdown" feature that was not tested sufficiently.

This problem is fixed in version 2.73 and later.

You can also fix this problem temporarily by changing the starting breakdown for estimates. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Before you duplicate an estimate, choose Preferences from the Options menu, and choose Income from the submenu.
2. Click on the Starting Breakdown popup field in the Estimates section, and change it to the breakdown type that you are duplicating.
3. Click OK.
4. Duplicate the estimate as normal.
