Using Replace All |

| Is there a fast way to make a change in many records? Use the Replace All command to change data in multiple records. It's much faster than entering it individually in each record. To use Replace All, follow these steps:
HINT-- Before you use Replace All to change many records, it's a good idea to make a backup copy of your file. That way you can go back, if you decide you didn't want to change the records. To return to data entry topics, click here.
