Return Policy

What happens if I decide that Goldenseal won't work for me?

If you have problems with the Goldenseal business management software, please try our tech support line-- we are happy to answer any beginner questions, and we can solve your problem. For info about tech support, click here.

If you still aren't happy, we give refunds for software that is returned within 30 days of the order date.

There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns.

We always appreciate feedback on why Goldenseal didn't work for you, but you don't have to tell us.

Return Shipping

We need to receive the return within 30 days of the date when you ordered Goldenseal (not the date when you received the order). No returns will be accepted after that date.

You may return the package via mail, UPS or another carrier-- we suggest that you use delivery tracking so you can be sure that we received the return.

Return the program CD and printed manuals. The manuals need to be in clean, resaleable condition (we will deduct their replacement cost if they aren't). You don't need to include packing materials or other paperwork.

Return Credits

We issue credit card refunds within 2 to 4 weeks of receiving the return.

If you paid for your order by check, we will wait for your check to clear before we mail you a refund check.

If Past 30 Days

If it is more than 30 days from your original order date, we cannot accept returns.

However you can still sell the software to someone else, so long as it is within one year of the original purchase date. Click the link for more details on transferring your Goldenseal license.
