Browser is Gray

When I click on the browser 'book', it's gray and nothing happens!

The browser control turns gray when there is only one record available, since there is nowhere else to go.

Check the number of Items, listed under the browser control.

• If it's one, you only have one record, and the browser won't work until you add more records.
• If it's more than one, choose Find All from the Edit menu. You'll see all records, and the browser will work again. For more about Find All, click here.
