Can I give a copy of Goldenseal to my accountant, so they can work on my file?

Yes, your Goldenseal license allows you to give a copy of the Goldenseal application to your accountant, so they can look at or work on your company file.

How to Give them a Copy of Goldenseal

If you both use Macintosh or you both use Windows, then you can simply loan them a copy of your program CD so they can install it onto their computer. They can also download the software from our update download system.

NOTE-- If you use Macintosh and your accountant uses Windows (or vice-versa), then you'll need to get a second platform license.

How to Give them your File

You can send your company file to your accountant as an e-mail attachment, burn it on a CD, or put it on a flash disk or other portable medium.

If you have the multi-user version of Goldenseal, you can also set up a VPN so your accountant can have access to your company file over the Internet.
