Use Labor Hours records to log in the time that each employee spends. You can assign each block of time to a project or overhead account, and also track the time by cost category and location. The Goldeneal software automatically uses entered hours for payroll, time billing and job cost tracking.

Goldenseal lets you enter appointments, and reminds you when they are due. You can also use the Contact Log to keep track of time spent with customers, vendors or subcontractors.

The Goldenseal software also manages equipment time via Equipment Hours records. They show you which employees used the equipment and where. They also generate time and materials billing records and job cost info.

Goldenseal includes many advanced time tracking features. For example, it lets you enter a separate billing rate for each employee and equipment item (you can also use different billing rates for different projects).
