Use Inspection records to run a 'checklist' inspection. Goldenseal lets you mark off each item in the inspection, and track completion progress on any items that fail inspection.

Use the Problem Log to track specific defects. You can log in progress on the fix, and record who is responsible for making the repair.

Goldenseal is integrated project management and business management software that also automates other business functions. It includes cost estimating, scheduling, contract writing and job cost accounting.

The basic version includes all of the following for $395 (single user):

The complete version costs $695 single-user, $995 for two users, $1295 for five users, and $1795 for up to 10 users. It includes all of the items mentioned above, plus these accounting features:
