Goldenseal is punch list software that lets you log in defects or problems in a project and then track their completion. You can use the Problem Log to record problems individually, or track many items at once with an Inspection record.

HINT-- depending on your industry, you may refer to a problem list as a bug list or defect list.

You can use the Find command to see progress on each item, and use the Reports commands to get a list of unfinished punch list items for any project, employee or subcontractor.

Goldenseal is integrated software which also has other project management features, plus cost estimating, scheduling, contract writing and job cost accounting.

The basic version includes all of the following for $395 (single user):
