Goldenseal is project specifications software for construction and other businesses that handle large projects. It writes contracts, subcontracts and spec sheets. The Starter files include a "library" of project specifications text that is built into each Cost Item and Assembly record. When you include those items in an estimate, Goldenseal automatically uses them to create a detailed "scope of work" description of the project. It uses simple sentences to describe the project, including quantities and prices that it gets from the estimate. Because the Goldenseal contract or spec sheet contains the exact same items as the original estimate, you can be sure that you'll be paid for each item described in your contracts, and you won't be listing items that weren't in the estimate. Goldenseal is an integrated program which also includes accounting, job costing, contract writing and project management.
