Goldenseal is project billing software that handles billing for large projects. It's designed for any business that needs to track project expenses, do project billing and keep books.

You can use any of the following types of project billing:

• Draw Schedules--for a fixed payment schedule at project milestones.
• Progress Payments-- for payments based on the percentage completion of each part of the project.
• Time and Materials-- for payments based on actual expenses.
• Allowances-- for items entered as a fixed-price allowance. The billing is for the difference between actual costs and the original allowance.
• Change Orders-- for project changes entered after the start of work.
• Chargebacks-- for adjustments and charges made between subcontractors.

Goldenseal creates Billing Records that record the current billing status for a project. You can print invoices from the record, track accounts receivable for the item, and use the Deposit Funds command to deposit the bill payment into your bank account.

Goldenseal is integrated software also handles cost estimates, contracts and project management.
